I love Dr. Rackoff! She is the first doctor from any discipline who really listened to me. Traditional treatments for adult cystic acne did not work for me, and Dr. Rackoff's experience and knowledge led to a customized plan to meet my needs. With her help, I've been able to manage my symptoms for the last seven years with less than a handful of outbreaks. It's a bonus that she is so personable and always makes me feel like she's happy to see me.

Top notch dermatologist and skin surgeon. Dr. Rackoff knew what she was seeing when other dermatologists and dermopathologists didn't know what i had. Dr. Rackoff removed this growth and prevented me from probably having a fast moving skin cancer and associated lung cancer. Dr. Rackoff is a very warm and approachable physician. Top notch. I trust no other dermatologist or skin surgeon but dr. Rackoff.

Dr. Rackoff really cares about her patients, remembers details about them, and follows up with recommendations. She is well qualified and has been our physician both in FL and in the Asheville area. We could not be more pleased with her.

Dr. Elise Rackoff is an outstanding physician. She was able to identify a strange lesion on my calf that two other dermatologists could not identify. The growth had the capacity to induce a "rare" lung cancer. Dr. Rackoff removed the growth with huge (safe) margins leaving NO scar at all. She is super bright and competent. She's also a very warm physician who puts you at ease and who you have complete trust in. She is the best of the many dermatologists, dermopathologists that o have been to during the last 30 years.
