List of Fastmed Urgent Care's Reviews
I visited fast med with an infected finger three days ago, and they did nothing for me to take my money, I know I have to go back to another doctor and deal with a serious infection that I might have to lose work over. I am not happy!
I went into Fast Med today and the Dr. (Sam) was so sweet and understanding. And was able to help me and get me on my way. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Thank you Sam!
they do not get not even one star but for me to post it I had to hit a star My second time it was very unprofessional poorly me and my son even though we got there early he still was not seen at all it was people coming in getting caught to the back I will not read it it was terrible he wasn't even called around the time his appointment was scheduled she kept telling me in a few minutes a few minutes it's people who appointment was before his but they're still being seen and they came in nearly 45 minutes late and y'all still seeing him before my son it was just bad and I don't think I will ever go again my son was 3 years old with a high fever and find out he have a virus people was going to need with for work to get physical for work and my son was skipped over even when his appointment time was
Went here a while back to get stitches from a work injury. I've got to say the staff was very nice and helpful since I had never done anything that involved work compensation. Whoever they brought in to do my stitches was not so great. I had three appointments, the initial stitches, a checkup, and the removal. Putting on the stitches went fine, and the check up was okay, but the removal had to be one of the worst experiences in a medical experience that I've had. She started yanking at the stitching with scissors and when they wouldnt break or pull she would exclaim "these are too dull." She would try three more times with the dull scissors, once even dropping them on the ground before finally replacing the scissors. This caused a lot of unnecessary pain and I was letting her know that. When I was finally finished I left and went to get food. In the line I noticed there was still a lot of sharp pain in my finger, when I ran my finger across it I realized they had left a piece of stitching in my finger. So I went home and removed it myself with tweezers. Was it painful? Yes. Did I want to go back to have them properly look at it? Not after the dull scissors experience.
Fast and professional...
Did not care to talk about or look and assess all of my injuries.
They were fast and friendly. Highly recommended for pre employment testing.
Every think was good. Thank
My mother came in for a drug test and she forgot to bring something to drink and they being rude like they can't provide her any drink or water. How y'all gone ask someone to come in for a drug test to COME WORK FOR YALL.and y'all got the nerve to be rude to her. So I wouldn't recommend working here. #dontworkheretheyapieceofshit
I was seen quickly, and all the providers took care of all of my needs and concerns.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
