My daughter had to go to the ER this morning and the first doctor and nurse she saw did not listen to her and sent her home on an antibiotic and pain meds for an UTI. IF they would have listened to her history they would have known this was more than an UTI. In less than 12 hours she was back in the ER with a fever and throwing up. Thank God this doctor listened to her and got her correctly diagnosed with kidney pyelonephrsis. She has now been admitted is under the correct care. Not happy with her first care is an understatement! Listen up doctors to your patient's history. And I have to pay for this inadequate care.

I am also giving a 1 star because I can't give a 0, my best friend went into DKA at first it was okay the first 2 nurses knew what they were doing then they started to not listen to us when we told them info about her. All in all ended up with a prescription that was shifty. Idk. Bad hospital is all I can say.

I would urge everyone who has a choice not to go to Mission. HCA has destroyed what used to be a great hospital. I have a chronic issue that forces me into the ER once or twice a year and I now head to Advent in Hendersonville. HCA should be embarrassed but unfortunately it's not in their money grubbing genes.

Their trauma team saved my life. Not only that, but their staff, from doctors to nurses to food service etc were all the most compassionate, kind and professional humans I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I could not speak highly enough of this hospital if I tried. Thank you

Applied for a job in Main OR with 2 years of experience in the Operating room was recommended by recruiter to apply for CVOR too. Turns out PCU, med-surg and OR experience is not good enough, all CVOR nurses need to be previous ICU nurses. What a joke! The manager was rude and condescending, even recommended for me to apply for the surgery center… 😂😂😂 I honestly can say I feel sorry for the staff that works among whatever performance of a manager this is. Stated level two trauma center, with an application in process for a level one.” Wow, put your nose up to good nurses for that. I think this place can only do this, due to the lack of competition in the area. Never ever experienced anything like this ever. I immediately called the recruiter to pull every application that I had for this hospital. No way would I work for a place that allows this behavior.👎🏻Lastly offered a CVOR nurse job at the best heart institute in Tampa… thank you for your consideration 👍🏻
