I am 81 yrs. old and in all my years of experience with physicians I have never had one I respect more and am more impressed. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate and caring. He is interested in ALL areas of your health. I commend and congratulate him on being an excellent doctor. I am very blessed to be one of his patients.

He knows me as a patient and as a person. He listens to me and lets me be a part of the treatment plan. I trust him and his knowledge. He really is one of a kind and in my opinion a great doctor

At first I thought he was a good doctor, kind of quite, not assuming, reserved. My opinion changed after he changed practices from Clyde, NC to Asheville, NC. He diagnosed my EKG incorrectly and more importantly would not return a phone call when the referred cardiologist suggested I had a major heart attack. He does not seem secure at the new practice relying more on the staff's suggestions than his own training. He is quick to jump to conclusions with only partial information.
