I just need to say thank you Dr. Patton and all your staff. After waiting 2 WEEKS for Walgreens to request a prescription refill, I called your office. Within an hour I received a message that the refill was ready. Guess I know who is really trying to help.

Dr.Patton has been so wonderful and passionate and patient with me in my visits with him. I have been to other Neurologists and I drive from S.C to come just to him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!!

Dr. Patton is exceptionally competent, professional, and caring. If there was a 5+ available, that would be my rating. He's the best movement disorders neurologist I've seen in my 8 years of struggling with dystonia. I highly recommend him!

We waited for 4 months for a visit with Dr. Patton and it was well worth the wait. Everything that we read and heard about Dr. Patton was right on target. The moment he walked in the room and introduced himself we were immediately comfortable with him. He was very thorough in his exam, his questions for my wife and his explanations of treatment adjustments. Dr. Patton was very engaging, empathetic and also had a great sense of humor that helped put my wife at ease. We're thrilled that Dr. Patton is my wife's new neurologist.

Registration was done online before day of service therefore once I entered the office only last minute check in required Office staff friendly and efficient answering questions quickly with a smile. The wait was minutes but enjoyed due to the area being clean and fresh with magazines available or tv if desired Nursing stuff pleasantly sweet, eye contact good concern to my case, uniform and hair beautiful Rebecca(Dr) didn’t keep me waiting listened to different aspects of my case and offered a new possibility to help my condition. We discussed effects and all my questions were answered. She explained that if any trouble occurred to call her The day was very smooth reassuring. Love these guys!!!

I've seen so many doctors over my 56 years, none have ever had the respect or concern for a patient like Dr. Patton. I am so lucky to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Patton and the other physicians on staff are great but the office staff can be very rude and slow in response. I have been calling regarding medical records for weeks now and they have yet to return phone calls or provide the records. Dr. Janes Patton has always requested to be made aware of any issues regarding the office staff. In order for me to be seen where I live, I have to get the records but they have blocked me every way possible and have refused to contact me about getting the records. I believe this is against the law!
