Always very professional.
I found this Dr to only be interestested in performing the standard Colonoscopy and endoscopy tests and when that was complete I was still in pain and He was Dismissive and did not or would not answer questions. Acted like I wasnt there and didnt matter. Please find someone else . It matters.
Did not listen to me and made me uncomfortable with his supposed profession
I Had a Colonscopy done by DR. Alexander and Everything went very well. I would Recommend him for anyone else that needs to have a Colonscopy. Thank You Sincerely Christopher McKern
My brother has a debilitating disease and has tried on several occasions to get into the office to see the doctor. This all started 4 months ago when he got a phone call to tell him about the results of a test. I have never in all my years of being in the clinical field heard of a doctors office giving those types of results over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous and when my brother asked what he should do she said wait until 3 months and come in for a follow up visit. Then this morning he finally gets his appointment he was 13 minutes late due to traffic they said he needed to reschedule because the 830 am appointment had shown up early. NO...what type of business are you running? Unethical. Please do not go there its not for the patient.
I went to a specialist for a painful and chronic condition. There was no explanation of what could be causing this and seemed the only option was endoscopy and colonoscopy for testing...no attempt was made to resolve continued pain and symptoms. No referrals...just Good Luck. This is a large medical practice and that was all I got...except a bill. Still seeking treatment a year later. Unreal.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
