Routinely wait 15+ minutes in exam room, Dr S arrives hurriedly, says what she wants to say, little focus on patient's condition or concerns. She can have a belittling tone of voice. The "techs" are unprofessional for the most part -- poor hygiene, endless personal stories. After 3 years, I have left the practice.

Very poor experience. I am a health care professional with a recurring ingrown toenail on my great toe. Her removal procedure was a disaster; she did not know how to infiltrate the area with lidocaine properly and did a huge, unnecessary surgical incision. This caused me a great deal of pain and bleeding and a post operative infection. The area took months to heal. I found her demeanor abrupt and arrogant.

Have gone to her for years. very kind and thorough. The staff is extremely attentive, very nice and they feel like family!

She is amazing I really like how she puts the patient first and is very down to earth she explained things so a normal person can understand. Outstanding!!!

Dr. Szypczak was kind of thrown into daddy's care and she did a great job and is now following him. We appreciate her in so many ways and hope that my daddy will be able to walk soon!!

Dr.Szypczak is an excellent Doctor. I have been going to her for a few years now and have always had a wonderful experience. I just recently started taking my grandmother who has Alzheimer's and and Dr.S is always very understanding and patient with her. I had been to a few Podiatrists before her and no one compares to her. If you are looking for a Podiatrist look no further!

As a fellow healthcare worker, I understand wait times and I am normally very understanding of such. I was waiting after Dr. S said I would have a gait test/analysis done. After waiting for about 15 minutes, then having the gait analysis, Dr. S comes in again and informs me that my wait was due to the fact I was on my phone. However, I was standing by the window, phone in purse, door to my room was closed. I am saddened by the lack of morals and sincerity with this provider.

Dr Szypczak is a good Dr. She has done a surgery on my foot that turned out great. Back to see here 2 yrs later for another issue. She is very thorough and dont have any problems. One thing I do want to say is the office is a little stiff and stuffy. It is ran VERY tight and you can feel it. Ease up a bit folks!

Dr Szypczak just did surgery on my foot the 3rd. Im doing well and the surgery was easy for me. Recovering just fine. Shes a good doctor.
