My visit couldn’t have been better !

I am very disappointed in this physician and his office staff. I was refered by my primary care office. He may be an experienced Cardiologist however, his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. His staff was rude and after my first appointment I did not see him until I was on the table in the hospital for a cardiac catheterzation. Not before the procedure and not after .The after care instructions were not clear and when I called with concerns it took several hours for a call back from his office, not him. I had several problems after the procedure and each time I called, I was told they would send a message to him. Again, several hrs went by before a call from his nurse. She had no clear answers for my symptoms and concerns I had. They showed no concern and I never heard from Dr Critikos himself. I will not reccommend this office or physcian to anyone. If you want better care, look elsewhere.

His explanation of my condition was very clear and easy to understandHis interview notes were supurb and precise and also in cronological order to coincide with our first interview togetherHe did not have a pen or paper or recorder during the interviewIt put me at ease knowing he actually listened to me

I am still on this earth because of him an I trust him which I could not say about a lot of doctors in Hendersonville.

This practice has far more patients than it can treat, and it shows in their practice. Getting an appointment is very difficult, at best. The staff can be rude and abrupt. Its sad to see a medical practice devolve to this level.

This doctor is good, he is courteous, cares for his patients and spends all the time you need for questions. It is great to know he is there is you need him. A great guy with very good bedside manner, which means a lot.
