The people were very nice, they helped me to be comfortable as I am very claustrophobic and they made it so it was so very nice..I wasn't scared at all...very very good people...people that took the time out of working so hard and made me comfortable..thank you so much, R Rita

The level of incompetence is amazing

I was really nervous about having an MRI done for the first time but the person that checked me in Aletha was so nice and calming and pleasant that it made me feel a little less nervous. Then the one that did the MRI scan was Kent and he was wonderful and really helped me to feel totally relaxed and comfortable and kept checking in on me with the speaker to make sure I was ok. They both made the experience so much better and actually all the staff I have dealt with there were great.

I had a very wonderful experience! Front desk person Melinda was very helpful!! It is less expensive and I got a quick appointment. They were super fast getting my results to my doctor!! A very pleasant experience! I would recommend anyone to come here!!

Being claustrophobic, Open MRI is my preferred place for imaging, whether MRI or CAT scan. The personnel are always polite and efficient. Additionally, your imaging will be sent promptly where it is needed. I cannot say the same for Mission's imaging.

Open MRI was wonderful they got my daughter right in they were great with her she had to have a IV they only stuck her once I was so happy I found them

I was seen for a MRI of my hip on June 21, 2022. The appointment time was for 6:30 pm which was great as it kept me from having to miss work. I appreciate the ability to schedule later appointments for those of us who work daily until 5pm or later. The staff was all professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first experience having an MRI I was patiently explained the procedure, what to expect and a estimate of how long the procedure would take. I was given the ability to use headphones to listen to music during the procedure to help me relax and given a button I could press if I became uncomfortable and needed to stop the exam immediantly. They were patient and understianding of my anxiety. They talked to me throughout the procedure to help make me feel more at ease. It was a very positive experience and I am grateful for the staff and their helpfulness.

When they called to schedule a referral appointment we were told we would have to pay $800 for the MRI. My parents are native Spanish speakers and tried their hardest to communicate in English with whoever was on the other side of the call and explain to them that their insurance verified it was in network and the copay should only be $200. After a few struggling moments, my dad finally asked if they had anyone that spoke Spanish all she said was “no” and didn’t offer any other resource like a phone interpreter. She said “i’ll call you back” in rude tone and NEVER CALLED BACK LOL. It’s 2022 when are medical offices and providers going to be accessible for all? Honestly take your service somewhere else. If you’re going to pay out of work might as well be with someone who treats you nicely.

Staff was wonderful! So understanding and treated me with compassion. Would definitely go back again if another scan is needed.

I went for an MRI at the Asheville office of Open MRI. It was Saturday evening at 6:15, rainy and cold. And yet it was the one of top two Healthcare experiences I have had. DOTTIE, ALETHA, and NICK were all awesome. They worked as a team, communicated extremely well and made me and the clients that evening feel welcomed and we were very well taken care of. The process to get the MRI from checking in was seemless. Dottie's warmth at registration, Aletha's caring and reassuring nature answererong any concerns I may have had, and Nick's knowledge of the procedure and preparing me for what was to come all was world class. I am serious WIRLD CLASS. I have been in Healthcare virtually all of my professional career. And they top drawer. I want management to know. Thank you Dottie, Aletha and Nick!!! My best, Jerry
