List of The Willows At Red Oak Recovery's Reviews
This place saved me and changed my life. It has been about 3 years since my stay here and now I am a full time nurse living a great life. I do believe that would be possible if I had not gone here. I also made friends I still talk to this day.
This facility changed my life for the best. The staff was so supportive and caring. I have nothing bad to say about my experience here. I would go back in a heart beat but they did too good of a job for me to need to go back ever.
We can’t say enough about the professionalism and expert care our daughter received at The Willows. For any family dealing with the terrifying circumstances of addiction and mental illness of a loved one, there is hope at The Willows. Not only was our daughter treated with individualized expert care, but our family was supported through the most difficult time with their skillfully delivered services.
The Willows and all of the staff were just what my daughter needed at the time she was there – I will always be grateful!

I can’t imagine why this has bad reviews…the willows was loving, inclusive, personalized, and caring. the staff want to form bonds with you. the house is comfortable and makes it easy to socialize and make friends. my strongest bonds have been made here. Only improvement would be racial diversity among the staff. Loved it here.
saved my life - cannot thank them enough
I could not recommend The Willows enough to any person needing or seeking treatment. I originally sought treatment because my life was falling apart and I was scared and wanted to figure out how to fix it because I didn’t know how. In the process of my stay I learned how to start rebuilding my life, but more importantly I learned how to live. And I intentionally don’t say that I learned ‘how to live again”. I learned how to live truly for the first time. The Willows not only saved my life, it gave me a life.
The willows will forever hold a special place in my heart. When I first got to the willows I was ready to leave (as most are because it is new and we are away from everything we are used to.) I tried to leave the first week, but I was challenged not to quit on myself, ( something that had been way to common in my life, quitting.) But nonetheless I stayed. I didn’t quit. In fact it turned out to be the best decision and thing that I could have ever done. The willows, in a lot of ways, saved me. It is a dual diagnosis treatment center. Through the help of the staff and therapist I was able to make some major break throughs in my life. Was it always easy, most definitely not. But was it worth it? Every bit. I find myself growing fonder if this amazing place everyday, as I am able to live my life. That’s right, my life wasn’t livable in the state that I was in, and now I’m thriving. If you are considering going yourself or sending a loved one, take the step. Will it always be easy? Absolutely not. But do the good things in life come without work? No. Take the risk, take the chance, Change your life. Or allow them to change theirs.
I can not recommend the Willows enough if you or a loved one is in need of help. I came to the Willows broken, lost, & without faith. Their extensive program provided me with the hope that I can recover. The dedicated staff & therapists were there to help me every step of the way. The Willows program taught me how to live a life clean, sober, & unafraid to do so. I believe this place gave me the courage to live the life I’ve always wanted.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
