Denise was an absolute delight to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and nuanced in adapting meals to the customer's needs. Denise taught me a lot about nutrition and how to make fun and tasty meals and meal plans. I would highly recommend Denise to anyone who is looking for a professional nutritionist.

I’ve been seeing Denise for several years not only for her invaluable wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of nutritional wellness, but also for her endless support, kindness and positivity, including humor:), No matter what my specific needs and concerns may be, e.g. Chron’s, IBS, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes and low-FODMAP to name a few, Denise listens, empathizes, shares creative ideas and brainstorms with me, to develop a plan with goals and strategies to improve my overall health. Denise is also very generous with her resources in that she frequently loans or gifts me with relevant and helpful books, many from her personal library. She goes above and beyond in making sure that I am well-informed of my condition(s) and nutritional choices. Denise truly cares about her clients and is passionate about her work. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Denise, because she really is the best!

Denise was so helpful with my son's IBS! She helped us navigate a difficult elimination diet and we are well on our way to figuring out my son's trigger foods. She has been a lifesaver!

I don't write many reviews but my visit with Denise deserved a good review. 1. Denise was prepared- She was ready with a folder of resources specific to my individual needs. Most dietitians make you wait for this after 1st assessment. She didn't, she did not want to waste my time and got right in with information I needed. She is prepared. 2. Kind, supportive,friendly- It was so easy being honest with her. You never felt judged. She made it clear she was there to support you and helped me create 3 realistic goals that I am excited to start. She is also funny and I found myself laughing where at another place I was crying. 3.Knowleageable- She answered every question I had. She knew her stuff and was also able to offer resources for more information. She even lended me her personal book. I can not recommend Denise enough. I have finally found someone that cares enough to make sure I succeed and has the knowledge and compassion to help on my path to health.

After years of struggling with gut issues, I found Denise and she was a helpful and resourceful guide in my path to healing. She is very responsive, compassionate and and thorough, qualities that are so welcome when you are in need.
