Having high risk for breast cancer I decided to do an elective mastectomy and hence, reconstructive surgery. Dr. Ng made me feel comfortable from the first office visit, through the surgery day, to the follow up visit after the surgery. Never once was I worried or confused about anything. She fully explained the surgery and recovery process. Her office staff submitted claims to insurance. Although the claims were denied, the staff and Dr. Ng tried their best to get them covered. In the end, the insurance didn't cover the "cosmetic part" (the reconstruction part,ie: Dr. Ng's part), BUT Dr. Ng worked with my breast surgeon to move the mastectomy / reconstructive surgery from a hospital setting that cost $70K+ to the outpatient surgery center which saved me 80%. She even had to buy new equipment to make this happen. My second surgery to remove the expanders and add final implants was smooth and quick, plus they look amazing - Dr. Ng is so very talented. She understood that I didn't want to have huge or little implants and worked with me to find the right size for my frame and mind! I am extremely happy! Finally, her compassion was invaluable throughout this journey, especially on surgery days! Her explanation of what to expect was reassuring and pragmatic. I will be going back to Dr. Ng in the near future for other (more fun) procedures.

Dr. Wendy Coin is very old and should retire. She punished me for being on controlled substances for 18 years and would not give me any refills. She’s more afraid 😱 of loosing her license and the DEA and doesn’t abide by the hypocratical oath.

Honestly, I don't even have the words to describe how much I love and appreciate Dr. Ng and her team. I recently am recovering from breast reduction/ lift and panniculectomy. As with any surgery I was nervous. I had a gastric sleeve done back in April of last year and lost 140lbs. I was referred to Dr. Ng for the lift and removal of extra skin. From the moment I walked in the office I was greeted and welcomed with warm smiles and open arms. I had so many thoughts and questions and would constantly go back and forth in my head to the point where I was brought to tears, But Dr. Ng made sure that I was comfortable and answered any question I had, reassured me of any doubt I felt, and no matter how many times I asked questions or wanted reassurance, she answered every one of them and reassured me every time with the utmost grace. I am almost two weeks out and healing beautifully. If I had to do it all again I'd choose her every single time. Thank you Dr. Ng and thank you to your awesome staff, Especially Liz who is a fricken Rockstar dealing with insurance! You all are amazing!

I was referred to Dr. Ng by my cancer surgeon after a melanoma was removed. Dr. Ng performed a skin graft to repair the opening that was left after the cancer was removed. She is very professional, kind, calming with a great bed side manner. The results after the surgery were exactly as she predicted. I would recommend Dr. Ng to any family member or friend that would need her services. Hopefully I will never need her services again, but I would not hesitate to seek her help in the future.

I am happy to add another 5-star review of Dr Ng. After a breast cancer diagnosis, I chose her for breast reduction done simultaneously with my lumpectomy. It has been just two weeks since my surgery and I could not be happier with the results. Absolute perfection. Dr Ng has a lovely way about her - kind, gentle, thorough and obviously talented. Most important, I appreciated her communication style. It was easy to reach her with every question I had both pre- and post-surgery. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Dr. Wendy Ng has performed surgery on me twice and both times with exceptional bedside manner and even more exceptional results. She is a very talented and caring doctor who made me feel comfortable in her care from day one at my consult appointment.

Please read this because it's about cancer and more than cancer. I was diagnosed with breast cancer this year. After chemo to shrink the tumor it was time for surgery. Dr Ng was the plastic surgeon I chose. Her attention to detail, her confidence, and her ability to listen to what I actually wanted, informed my choice. I am 57 years old and Dr.Ng did a breast lift for me that reminds me of my twenty year old breasts! I am loving how perky my breasts feel and look. Dr Ng created one of the bright spots for me as I thrive after breast cancer.

Had a breast reduction back in february with Dr.Wendy, went smoothly as possible and felt very comfortable and safe in her hands. Absolutely the sweetest woman, the surgery went very well and was very happy with my results. 10/10 would recommend with out a doubt! Thanks!!
