Everyone from the front desk staff to Dr. Hayes was amazing. The nurse was nice and made me feel at ease. When I had to fill out paperwork, she helped since I couldn’t read it easily. Dr. Hayes spoke to me like a person who was an equal not down to me like other doctors have in the past. The lab tech listened when I said I was a hard stick and listened to what I needed. She took her time and drew blood in one stick. Referral department called next day to set up appointments. Overall, an excellent experience.
