Dr Abernethy literally saved my life in October of 2015! I had blacked out multiple times and once even went into a scary catatonic state. Dr Abernethy put me on a heart monitor and within 3 days he called me to get right up to Mission Hospital in Asheville for a pacemaker implant. He told me that my heart was literally stopping and that I might not survive another one! Five years later I have not had a single issue with my heart! His care and concern saved my life!
