WNC Audiology is exceptional! 1) Office staff excel in customer service skills. 2) Website was easy to navigate and I completed the new patient care form without difficulty. 3) Dr Katherine Myers was exceptional! After the hearing test was completed, she explained everything including my hearing graph! She answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. She eased my hearing worries and I left with hope that I will be able to engage in social activities I enjoy!!! I look forward to my follow-up visit with her for hearing aides. 4) In a follow-up email, I received my Hearing Assessment including results and recommendations (this info was also sent to my primary physician); tinnitus and hyperacusis information; and info from UnitedHealthcare regarding the AARP Hearing Solutions program!... This information has prepared me for my f/u visit with Dr Myers. I am grateful!

Personable and high level service. My husband and I have enjoyed WNC Audiology hearing care for years, receiving highly competent testing, hearing aid provision and follow up. Dr. Angelina is our mainstay for all our concerns.

Office staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Myers is very thorough and obviously knows her business. She moves right along and explains test results and recommendations clearly. There is no feeling of being pushed or railroaded into buying a more expensive product either. I have been a satisfied patient for several years and highly recommend this practice.

The staff was great. The receptionist was so pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Myers explained everything I needed to know before I had the hearing test. After the test she went over the results and we talked about options. I was very pleased with my experience at WNC Audiology.

Earlier this week I went to Dr. Angelina for a routine check of my hearing aids, one of which was occasionally needing cleaning. Dr. Angelina put me in her special thoroughly-equipped testing booth for an extensive hearing test with both tones and words in each ear. She also closely examined each aid, found a defect in one, and sent it out for repair. I don't know who could take more care with a patient than she has done with me. Exceptional service.

I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Lisa Angelina during my first hearing exam at her office. She was friendly and explained the instructions clearly and patiently. Also, the waiting room is clean and spacious. I would definitely return again.

I was experiencing trouble with my hearing aid that i had purchased a year ago and have recently move to Asheville. They took good care of me and am extremely happy with their services. So much so i have decide to make them my regular hearing clinic.
