The charge nurse hangs up the phone on you would not give my mom no oxygen when she so badly need and and made her suffer. Would not answer call bell when you push it. Will not call family for news that is needed.

My mom is currently a patient at CarePartners. She is doing rehab for a broken ankle and symptoms from a stroke. The care she has received so far has been amazing. Her Dr the nursing staff all her therapists social workers and everyone else involved have explained her healing process and treatment plan every step of the way. I am so appreciative of their attention to detail and professionalism with mom. We are in a unique position as we are from Florida and moms strokefall happened while we were on vacation in NC.  Everyone has been so gracious to us and our situation. Nothing but wonderful things to say about CarePartners thank you so very much

Case management doesnt maintain accurrate information about patients and is very rude. Providers are not knowledgable about medications and side effects and misinform family about medication. The facility has a huge lack in communication between nurses providers and therapist. Does not provide patient specific healthcare so patients specific rehab needs are not met.

The health and rehab care is over and beyond. Each and every staff member goes out of their way to helo.

Treat patients like adults if they are adults. Your therapists need some personal training.

Caring professionals That says it all in two words

I cannot speak to the hospice centers as I believe​ the nursing staff is probably pretty great but when it comes to the billing department Care Partners shows absolutely no care. Care Partners supplies medical equipment to Mission Hospital in Asheville NC.I received a large bill for two prosthetic devices that I thought would be covered under my insurance as I broke my ankle and had been out of network. I had to call several times to get them to bill my insurance and when I called they noted that they hadnt received that information. After several tries they did forward to my insurance who unfortunately​ did not cover the items despite the fact that I had received them in an emergency situation.I questioned the bill because I couldnt believe I was charged $145 for a $14.50 device and they showed absolutely no compassion instead charged me the full price and wouldnt budge. They kept focusing on the financial agreement that I had signed in my doctors office when I was in pain from a broken ankle. I explained my frustration about the medical industry and the lack of access to affordable health care and asked for a discount​​ since I would be paying cash and I was currently not working. They threatened to hang up on me and so I finally caved in and paid the bill in full again being taken advantage of by a health care system that has no interest in providing affordable services to those out of work. I feel terrible that I was forced to pay this bill because otherwise they would have sent it to a collection agency.

everything was great nurses were great especially DREW. he got me thru the hardest two days and that helped me make it thru to the end. and my two therapist beckett in pt and jessica in op. the aids to help you were great too. i only had one complaint and i will take care of that in a different  place. apararanty i cant do this in a private forma . my person in charge of me staying and going home was one of the rudest persons i have come upon. for a women in her occupation she was so uncaring and out and out mean. told me i had to be out in ten days . now this is my second or third day  just had a recent amputation at age 69 was put thru my first 3 hour of rehab you get which was great in the end but overwhelming at first . just came in to my room and didnt even introduce herself and said i had to be out in 10 days and if i wasnt ready for home i would have to go someplace else. my question to her was what happen to the 14 days . her reply was and i had people in my room to hear everything she said you have 10 days i dont know who told you 14 but you have 10 and left my room . if she was in a bad mood or had something against me she should not treat anyone like she did me . it took me 14 days to leave and i refused to have her discharge me. i might have used guidelines wrong but i didnt use her name but shes a r ncm .  stephanie took her place and she was wonderful like everything else .

There aren’t enough words to explain how wonderful the staff was to my mother when she was there The CNAs nurses doctors therapists everyone was amazing.
