This has been where I've went since the early eighties...and they are still as wonderful and take great care of their patients. Dr. Bill is such an asset and I hope and pray he staysfor a long, long time!!

Made an appointment for 1:30pm and am now leaving at 2:40pm without being treated. Called once and was told the nurse would be out in a bit. Waited and called again, was told that the nurse would be out in 15 minutes. The old lady at the desk is not upfront about how long the wait is. Realistically, be prepared to wait over an hour because they only have one nurse.

Such caring people. Such great services. A clean environment. I am grateful I have a health center in my little town. I love Black River Health Service!

My first visit was on the 17th. The staff is very friendly . I met Carol first at check in. She was very kind and worked with me to find a solution on how I could send the facility my W2’s since mine were sent through email instead of ups. Jamie is an amazingly patient nurse. Doctor Bill was also very kind and patient and shows compassion and concern for his patients. I also enjoy Star Trek and kittens. Totally not relevant to this rating but I thought I’d throw that in there.-Audra
