This location needs to update their website information. This is not an acute care family practice for vacationers. Unfortunately the same experience as noted above not helpful at all. Sick kids are no fun topped with three doctors in this office on a small island and no availability! Agree with all of the above comments don’t waste your time! Parent company needs to do a better job of updating website on what this facility can offer instead of getting parents hopes up of young children. Hope this post helps others!!!

It's sad that these people have such a horrible attitude! Being one of the only medical facilities on the island and us having such limited options it looks lit looks like they would be available for walkins and Be a bit more compassionate to people needing their services. 0 stars do not recommend

My husband became ill while on vacation. We considered going home for care but found this practice through an online search. I am so glad we found them! They could not have been more helpful. They got him in for an appointment the same day I called. Our experience from start to finish was amazing. From my conversations with the receptionist to my husband’s experience with the doctor, our experience was fantastic. Thank you all so much!

DO NOT TRUST THE DOCTORS HERE. Dr. Crabtree prescribed an 18 year old patient with no previous treatment or medication seeking anxiety help 150 mgs of Effexor XR after talking for less than 10 minutes. THIS CAN KILL PEOPLE. Avoid this place if you can help it.

Dr Hodges is the best, we're part timers here and I have always been treated kind. No long wait for either appointment or dr. They are drs not urgent care, this is a small island with few drs but will get you in asap.

Had a hook in my foot trying to help a friend with a skate. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. Not that I want to go back to a medical center anytime soon, but if I do...this would be the place I would go. Just 6.5 hours from my house is a long drive. Thanks everyone!
