Dr. Oh was affiliated with Caromont Medical Group in Gastonia, NC when I became one of his patients in February 2019. My experience with Dr. Oh and his staff was very different from the other reviews. His office staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Oh was kind and had considerable experience. I required both an Endoscopy and a Colonoscopy. As soon as the sedation wore off, he came to recovery to tell me what he'd found during the procedures. I like Dr. Oh and will gladly see him again.

Got a call from a nurse about test results. She was snotty and would not answer my questions. Just kept saying I would be getting a letter. I tried several times to ask her if I had been tested for celiac or gluten sensitivity and she simply would not give me an answer. I called back to see if someone would return my call so I could get an answer from someone, but no one called back. I really like Dr. Oh but his staff leaves a lot to be desired. Dr. Oh you really need to train your staff in patient kindness. Never been treated like this before.
