List of Sheronda Ogirri's Reviews
Yes I would. I like her. She has never brushed me off when I come with a question or issue. She takes the time to check it out. I have had doctors in the past that did not listen to me and I have suffered behind that. The pain I was in was real and not being treated resulted in dire consequences effecting the rest of my life. Having a doctor that listens to you is everything. I trust her. My health is better since being under her care.
I chose Dr. Ogiri because of her proximity to my residence. I had a late afternoon appointment. I was a few minutes late due to difficulty in locating the office. I was given all of the new patient paperwork to complete. She addressed me in a brisk manner as if I was inconveniencing her, examined me and left the office before me. It made me feel unimportant as a new patient. The staff was competent and friendly especially Stephanie. I liked her. She had a good concept of customer service. Getting refills on scripts was an inconsistent experience. Some would send them in immediately and others would make you call the pharmacy. Tiffany transferred me to a supervisor without telling me she was doing so in a normal conversation which I considered rude.
Dr. O'Girri is an excellent doctor. She listens so patiently and is dedicated to the health and wellness of her patients. Any time you need her, she is there. I am so grateful for this outstanding doctor. Sandra Leeper
I repeatedly have felt bullied by Dr Ogirri to have blood work done that other doctors have deemed unnecessary, because she claimed she could not prescribe medication I have taken for years without it. Got a second opinion from another doctor who said this was unnecessary. Also never returns calls. So done with this whole practice.
Left SPFP after being treated so poorly by her. She was curt and wrongly diagnosed a situation that actually needed surgery! Hesitant to preswcribe a needed med. Had been a SPFP patient for a long time. Will not go back as long as she is there.
This lady is a joke of a doctor , she does NOT listen . She has zero empathy . I was switched to her when my other doctor left the facility . You’re better off searching your symptoms on WEBMD and self diagnosing . Forget her calling in a refill for a medication that you have been taking for years . She simply doesn’t listen to patient concerns . God forbid you ask to see another doctor while in her care . She will walk in the room with an attitude and not speak except to make you feel irrelevant. After , seeing her twice “she felt the need to go over my medication to see what she could change for no reason” but ignoring two major issues I had been seen for prior to her . She will be the reason I leave Southpoint family after 12+ Years. If she prescribes you a round of steroids she doesn’t believe you need to be tapered off after five days even if you tell her how horrible your symptoms of withdrawal are .
she has poor bedside manners and gets angry if you tell her what you think is wrong with you. She is almost very rude and spends 30 seconds. does not listen and made me feel like I was sorry to even come see the Dr. Yes, I'm paying her for her poor service. I drove back to my old Dr's office which is further away from me but worth it.
She is very kind and does a good job of explaining. My concern is I feel she doesn’t ask a lot of questions and let’s me diagnose myself. She also is cautious which is good other than providing antibiotics sometimes as a precautionary. I’m personally not a fan of it. I’d rather know for sure if I need to take.
I had been looking for a good doctor, and I finally found one when I found her. She genuinely cares. She talks about every option available and make sure you have what you need.
Not knowledgeable. Bad attitude.... couldn't care less if my family member was in pain. Misdiagnosed . Specialist said she should have discovered the issue. She gave unnecessary treatment and talked down. How does she stay employed? Other doctors at this practice are very good.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
