Dr. Phadke took great care of me, for a tibial plateau fracture and a wrist fracture. He is knowledgeable, and takes time to explain the injury and outcomes for complete recovery. He took his time to thoroughly answer all my questions. I highly recommend him.

I was having pain in my wrist on and off for several months so my PCP recommended me to this specialist. It just happened to be on the last day of vacation so I drove back a day early. Drove from Orlando to Gastonia to the office and they said the doctor was in surgery. I would need to reschedule a month old appt. I was upset but kept cool and rescheduled for a few weeks later. Came in 15 min. early, waited for 30 min. after my appt. time before being seen. Dr. Phadke asked me a few questions and after about 5 min. said, "I don't know what is wrong, let me refer you to another specialist". My copay is $85 a visit and he wants me to come back after I see the other specialist. Not going to waste my time and money here anymore.

I had 2, both necessary surgeries here. Dr. Kathryn Caulfield as very gracious with me, explained all my options, and (important to the customer / patient) was not trying to push me toward the most expensive option, but rather informed me about my options and then suggested the one that best fit my lifestyle needs. I'm quite happy with the surgeries. Years later, my wrist is still fine! :)
