I tell the doctor all what's wrong with me an she says i can only can treat one thing at time due to insurance

Poor practices. The people working in the office are combative, argumentative, and extremely unhelpful. Every time I enquired about medications their answer would be "Well I dont know I'm not your doctor. I can't help."- despite them being the only way to contact our providers. Almost every interaction I've had with them has been the same.I called to enquire about an issue I had discussed at GREAT length with my doctor previously. They told me my doctor had not noted anything about it in my chart, so they said I had to come in AGAIN for it. The appointment was extremely short notice and I work so it wasn't possible. This happened on a Friday afternoon and they said I had to either go to the ER or urgent care even though this was a very very minor issue. All because my doctor was not thorough enough and ignored our primary discussion.Absolutely horrible experience. The receptionist was completely unhelpful and took my complaints and urgency as personal attacks.I will be switching providers.
