If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. This was the worst Nursing home I have ever dealt with. Not only did my Mom, who has osteoporosis, fall out of bed she was belittled and cussed at by the aide for doing so. They wouldn't send her for an x-ray until I insisted. She fractured her pelvis in 2 different places. This was reported to the Nurse and the ADON, Cory, and an incident report filed. When Cory was contacted by the state he lied and said he wasn't aware of this and there was never any incident report filed. There were several incidents before this such as belittling my mom and missed doses of IV medication causing a relapsed UTI. This is unacceptable behavior to me.

Terrible place. No air conditioning for the patients. Haven’t even bathed my mom in two days. Staff is completely useless and unhelpful when I call. Do not take your loved ones here.

This place is aweful to work for I have never made a review of the place I work but this is redicolis you are always short one person to sometimes the whole hall when someone called off or there’s two people to 32 residents the meals are crazy the floor trays you have to set up after you run around all morning getting everybody up you have to put all your condiments on it and pour drinks and then they have tags for the residents and you have to call out every residents tag to a kitchen staff in like a sub kitchen type of room and they serve it right there and if they run out of food now you have to wait for her to walk all the way back to the kitchen and you can’t take no more than 3 trays to the floor at one time and they have a big dining room and you have to pour drinks and coffee and give cereal to the residents.It’s not the kitchens fault but they don’t nothing to prepare anything in the kitchen it’s crazyno wonder why this place can’t keep people working here the lift is older than Moses you sometimes need a pen to operate it the controller won’t work like I said I never complain about a work place but this takes the cake

My Aunt is here. We come to visit her often and she is always clean and dressed, her room is always clean and smells good, everyone is nice and spends time talking to her. I can tell they care about her as much as we do. Thank you for your care.
