Took my mother (who has Dementia) for her 11:30 appointment (after having to wait 2 months for the appointment) 1. Was not notified ahead of time that needed paperwork to set up new chart. Why wasn't this info transferred from old practice? 2. After waiting 50 minutes PAST our scheduled appointment time I asked person at window how much longer it would be. She went to check which took another 10 minutes only to be told that there were still THREE patients still ahead of me! I left office. I will find another doctor who is more compassionate about his patients needs.

I have been a patient of Dr Flauto for over a decade. My foot problems are severe and extremely painful, he has kept me active and mostly pain free. The entire family comes here. Fantastic Doctor with knowledge and personality, a rarity these days.

Don't go here on there website they have a reputation for sending you to the wrong office or not having appointment that happened to me I had appointment on October 5th went to my appointment couldn't find them called them and they told me I had appointment on 9-23 even though they called me Friday October 2nd to remind me of my appointment.

Dr. Flauto is amazing! I drive almost an hour for his services! He is so nice and friendly and is very thorough. I highly recommend him to anyone! Would give him 100 stars if I could! The staff is just as good!
