Had to have a root canal done and it was a great experience. Lindsey and Dr. Shapiro were excellent and made it a very comfortable environment.

My wife and I have been patients for over three years. Have been satisfied with our dental care. However, they incorrectly billed us for a regular appointment that should have been covered by insurance. Now they have created an inconvenience for us due to their mistake. Have been very inflexible in trying to resolve the situation. Good dental services, but if they can't do their billing right might want to shop around for better service if considering them for your dental care.

Great dental office. Office staff is very responsive and helpful. Dental staff and dentist are always great with dental care. Office and equipment are clean and modern.

First time patient and had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in until I left! Laura thoroughly explained everything that she was doing with X-rays and cleaning. By far, one of the best cleanings I have ever had over my lifetime. Dr. Shapiro took time to explain his suggestion for my future dental needs.

I spoke with the patient coordinator (Cary location) multiple times to arrange an appointment for my daughter, who requires sedation. Since we couldn’t secure a March date (full), we agreed on a date in April. She sent several emails with treatment plans, but I missed a QR code in one of the attachments that was apparently required to finalize the booking. Unfortunately, no one followed up to confirm or flag that anything was incomplete. When I called regarding her scheduled date, I was stunned to learn that the appointment had never actually been booked. They are now only able to offer a date that's another month away. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through, and overall very frustrated/stressed with this experience.

Laura was so amazing! My daughter was a new patient and she made her feel so comfortable and was extremely friendly and thorough! She will be our permanent go to hygienist going forward :)

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. I scheduled a routine cleaning online and promptly completed all requested forms, including insurance and contact information. Despite that, I was contacted multiple times before the appointment asking for the same details and to reconfirm information I had already provided. I even had to personally follow up, twice, with my previous dentist to send X-rays. On the day of my appointment, the office doors were still locked just minutes before opening, with a crowd of patients waiting outside. Once inside, I was told my X-rays hadn’t been received and that I would need to pay out of pocket for new ones. After pushing back and contacting my previous dentist again, the X-rays finally came through, making that request unnecessary. I was then taken back, asked to repeat the same intake answers AGAIN, and eventually and briefly examined by the dentist, who had no concerns. I was sent to another room for the cleaning, only to be told there were no hygienists available. After paying a copay and spending 1 hour and 40 minutes there, I still did not receive the cleaning I scheduled. The only rescheduling options were later that same day or months out. This office is disorganized, inefficient, and showed a complete lack of respect for my time. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere if you expect a straightforward, professional visit.
