Over many years and office visits, I have found Dr Ford to be an outstanding listener, resourceful diagnostician and very caring counselor who achieves very good results in his specialty of ENT and also has been helpful out side of his specialty. He is an outstanding ENT and all around physician. He is also a very good surgeon, having done a difficult deviated septum surgery on me under difficult conditions (I was ill) with very good results. I recommend him without reserve.

Several errors. I went to make an appointment. Asking for a doctor a PA was assigned. The staff said I must copay for the service. Upon entering the office I went to the the car to get credit card. The staff yelled at me that I HAD to pay copay. A hearing test was done showing lack of hearing at 20 %. No hearing aids though practice has a “store” on site. An effective audiologist said the hearing test was 50%. The staff measured my BP. Which was elevated. I asked for another BP. No f/u. No diabetes, anemia, High BP may indicate causation of tinnitus. The PA ordered A CT scan did not show the inner ears. The radiologist dx. was “normal”. An incorrect dx. The PA said “No treatment for tinnitus.“ 4 therapies are available, even surgery. Dr. at Duke University said a MRI would show detailed anatomy of the inner ear! CT scan did not show this. for submitted truth of poor service only if an emergency. What! Tinnitus is a symptom of body systems.
