If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Extremely unhelpful in times of mental stress. If they really are a "mental health clinic" this is a sad excuse for one. I could NEVER imagine talking to someone the way the person on the phone spoke to me and my other friends as well. If you really are so unhappy in your field of work then don't work there. The first thing she said was: "So what's more important money or his life" in a belittling tone. I understand the basis of her statement, however it was completely not needed in this case. We called to get advice on how to help our friend. Everyone calling this line needs help. Not someone berating them or badgering them. I simply stated she was being rude with the tone of voice she was using given the state of the situation. She then proceeded to say " Don't tone check me". Now I am not speaking for every worker at this company however the one that I spoke to should be reevaluated as an employee there. Please, if you do need help call another resource if possible BUT not this one.
My friends and I called the crisis line to get help for another friend who is suicidal. My friend does not have insurance which is why I was afraid to call 911 and get them involuntarily committed. I didn’t want to put them in debt from hospital bills and make their life even harder than it already is. Money is one of the stressors that drove them to attempt suicide. The crisis person I talked to asked whether money was more important than my friend’s life. I tried my best to explain the situation, but she continued to not be empathetic. I ended up handing the phone to my other friend to continue the conversation because I was at a loss for words. I understand crisis line workers are under a lot of stress from talking to people all day, but kindness is crucial in a job like that. My friends and I are just a bunch of college kids. We were worried for our friend and didn’t know what to do. We needed help and guidance, but we got condescension. Don’t waste your time with this hotline.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had the worst phone call of my life. My roommate attempted suicide and I called to see if I could give them some help since they don’t have heath insurance and the lady on the phone shamed me for not calling the police on them. I tried to explain to her that he is poor and couldn’t afford a hospital visit and she told us it doesn’t matter and then said “if he doesn’t want help what are you expecting of us? What do you think we can do?” She told us it was a waste of time. My friends life is not a waste of time and not an inconvenience to her personally. We tried to explain to her that she was being rude and she basically cussed me out. This is the most insensitive and unprofessional establishments I’ve ever come across. I never leave reviews but I had to. Do NOT call this place in an event of crisis.
WARNING!!!! DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE IF YOUR LOVED ONE IS IN A CRISIS!!! DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE IF YOUR LOVED ONE IS IN A CRISIS. They will call the police on someone in a mental health crisis and oh them in a dangerous situation
Went to daymark for a few years in the past for therapy, the experience was unhelpful at best and uncomfortable at its worst, i do not recommend.
Sucks
Great people and very helpful
This place changed my life and I have met with the most amazing therapists and group of people that want to help me get better. They are all amazing and kind people.
They treated me as an impersonal client rather than a person and were unclear with their policies—including with their own doctors. They failed to communicate that they no longer worked with a doctor of mine and seemed to blame this lack of knowledge on me as the patient. They also booked me for an appointment with an employee who was not in the office that day. Glad to be done working with them and thankful for primary care physicians.
They might help some family but some they don't

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
