My husband Howard Arnold had 2 angiograms with stents proformed by Dr. Vignola when he was still practicing in Miami. He is the best there is. North Carolina's gain is our loss.

No one enjoys going to the hospital especially when you are facing an unknown outcome. Yesterday Dr Paul Vignola and his professional staff performed a heart cauterization to determine the level of blockage in my arteries and to put in some stents if required. The whole experience was extraordinary we are very fortunate to have such an outstanding doctor and his well trained staff in the High Country looking after our well-being.
