They always go out of their way to help my family with our health needs. Ha d an appointment at 7 pm on a day they are supposed to close at 8 and they closed, they did not bother contacting me to let me know they were closed. And i always have troublr contacting this office they always hang up.

Extremely overbooked and frazzled Dr. Kept confusing another chart with mine. He didn't listen to me, didn't have a medical plan for me and seemed very distracted. Front staff is great. I just feel he wasn't focused on my care and was in a hurry to leave.When I asked what the plan of care was he said he didn't have one yet....lol.. I feel if you're going to be a pain management specialist you should have basic empathy for people in pain. ( mission pain management @blue ridge health)
