Dr Pickard is absolutely the best I’ve never referred a doctor because I basically try to stay away from them. When I met Dr. Pickard it was immediately clear to me that I could trust him. He was very straight forward and didn’t sugar coat anything and I trusted that. Sandy his nurse is so sweet and proficient in dealing with the patients. The staff was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Kawanta Durham is an amazing Family Practitioner. She listens to all our issues and is friendly and caring. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had. My whole family has her as their doctor and we wouldnt want it any other way. I highly recommend her. If that isnt enough the nurses there are friendly and gentle. Christine is one of the best. They also have a nurse Practitioner that is down to earth and approachable. All in all an amazing Family Practice.

Let me be clear this is a review of the staff and not the doctor who we only saw twice. We took on this provider as a new PCM. They were not trained to manage my care through my insurance despite being approved as a PCM. They repeatedly broke protocol in making referrals making physician to physician referrals and making outofnetwork referrals because they did not take the time to access my insurance. They employ a referral specialist who did every referral for my entire family incorrectly. They provided me inaccurate information about my own coverage. If I had been a less informed consumer the fallout would be worthy of a lawsuit as the unnecessary bills amount to quite a bit of money. The end result has been 7 months of hell trying to sort out medical bills that should never have happened. The front staff was calloused and incompetent and no family should have to go through this just to get the medical care that they need. Both our physical and mental health have suffered as a result of the actions of this office staff.
