I really hate to give only 2 stars. Over the years we have visited the ER numerous times. Doctors and nurses were top notch and so professional. Today was different. Nurses were nice and friendly. The ER doctor was not. He was very rude and showed no compassion. I understand people are busy. But everyone deserves to have questions answered and to be responded to in a timely manner. The Er was not that busy today. I figured I must have offended him by asking questions or by asking to speak with him. I apologized but he kept on with his very hateful remarks. We have never had an experience like this one at Pender Memorial. I guess health care is going to be quite different in the future.

The nurses and doctors were very nice i didnt have a long wait its better than Sampson memorial hospital which should be a animal hospital those doctors there are horrible in Clinton thank you pender memorial hospital..

Absolutely horrible Doctor didnt take the time to actually over look symptoms and pushed us out the door

This hospital was in my opinion was one of the best hospital that I have ever stayed in. Their nurses was awesome and Dr. Hansberrys thank you for doing a great job taking such good care of me. again thank you Pender hospital for great service sincerely patient Sabrina Debnam.

Wish I didn’t have to put any stars Number one I had no where else to take my daughter so I took her to pender and she’s running a fever sick as a dog Made us sit in the waiting room for almost a hour nobody was back there in the er. Then when we finally got to are exam room I went to sit down on the bed with my daughter and blood magically started appearing on the mattress We got the nurse to clean it and the door handle and floor had blood on it to. When we went to sit back on the bed once again more blood started appearing on the bed Yeah this hospital is not the best to take someone even children

Sent me home on a 88 oxygen being covid positive.they didn’t give me any oxygen they gave me 2 puff of a inhaler lol. Went to new handover they admitted immediately for 10 days. This hospital do not like African Americans they are very color struck and will not do anything to help you. Now I’m on oxygen this may have been prevented if they would of help me.

Had to take a friend to the emergency department at Pender Memorial and the entire visit was very positive Helpful staff clean environment and organized process Nurse Marie was gentle caring and reassuring. We were finished and out in 1 hour. Thank you for being there when we need medical help

In spite all of the bad reviewsI must say they treated me and my father very well. All the staff was wonderful and I really appreciate everything. Great job Pender Memorial Hospital.
