Bert Klein Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Klein has been my primary care physician whom I have seen at least twice a year for more than 20 years. The staff is professional, thorough, and caring. The good doctor has taken care of me and I would not see another physician without his approval. The secret to having a good doctor is to be a good patient. To do this, come prepared, have a list, ask questions, ask for explanations to your questions if you don't understand. Above all, follow the doctor's instructions, take all your medications, do the follow ups as requested. That is why we go to the doctor in the first place so do what you are asked to do. I hope and pray that Dr. Klein outlasts me because I don't think I can find another as good as Dr. Klein.

Dr. Bert J. Klein is not only one of the finest doctors I have ever known but also a person of integrity. He genuinely cares about his patients and their best interest and their well being is his priority. I fully believe that being a doctor was God's calling on his life and I just pray that he and his family are Blessed beyond measure for the sacrifices they all make, in allowing Dr. Klein to take care of his patients as he does.

Dr. Klein is the most impressive medical professional with whom I have ever interacted. He takes time to learn about your situation, asks good questions, and LISTENS. He has helped me address (and largely recover from) extreme fatigue and pinched nerves in my hands/wrists that were resulting in throbbing pain. I also have a friend who has suffered from multiple immune disorders, and Dr. Klein's care has made all the difference in the world. We are very grateful for his help and could not recommend him highly enough.

Very Professional, knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. He explained the test results in a clear manner. He does not make you feel rushed. Extremely nice.

Dr.klein didn't follow through with what he said he was going to do there was an incident that happened 2 months ago that was out of my control and for him to just up and take something that is messed up my first visit with him was awful he kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain to him my condition he talked to me like I was lying when I had clear and concised medical records from my other physican he told me he would write my scripts until I got into the pain clinic then his nurse calls me and tells me he isn't going to write them now because of an error that the pharmacy made this is not even good I wouldn't recommend him to see my dogs he acts like everyone lies and they are stupid not cool with me and not the kind of Dr I want to see....He just uses whatever excuse he can to get out of doing what he said he was going to do smh

Dr. Klein is a fine man who is a doctor for all of the right reasons. He genuinely cares and takes time to understand his patients and their challenges. He is compassionate, kind, thorough, and knowledgeable.
