HORRIBLE Please see attachment DO NOT GO Please dont our family is regretting it.... Go to Cone in GSO or Chapel Hill stay AWAYMy family member went in for an allergic reaction three weeks later still there in ICU with tubes MRIs CAT SCANS saying she may need a ventilator for the rest of her life

We arrived at the ER around 7 with a possible strangulated hernia. It is now 1230 pm and my husband is still sitting in the lobby alone because Im not allowed inside. He is in pain and has no advocate. I have had a previous unsatisfactory experience here but falsely assumed that when Cone Health entered the picture this hell hole would improve. It definitely has NOT.

While Ive just began my journey with the center I have never had better treatment from medical professionals in my life. From the volunteers all the way up to my oncologist everyone is so caring compassionate and they truly listen to me. Everyone has just been so incredible and I cannot thank or appreciate everyone in this center enough. This is the scariest thing Ive ever been through and my team has worked their butts off to make me comfortable to make sure I have everything I need and I just cannot sing their praises enough. My father was also a patient here about 5 years ago though his cancer was terminal he would always say the exact same things I am now saying about the ARMC cone health cancer center. Thank you all of you for making both my father and myself as comfortable and as comforted as possible during these hard times.
