Changing my 1 star review to 5! Saw Brenna McManus PA tonight. I've not had a MD or PA as concerned and caring in many years. Listened to everything that I had to say and promised to get me and my meds on the right track. I trust her. Even learned that 1 of my meds was quite possibly causing me issues moreso than helping, which I suspected but just wasnt sure which 1. You want someone that cares and listens, see Brenna!

This program is amazing! My dad enrolled here because he was sitting around the house with nothing much to do and this place was a godsend. First off he had to get approved on medicaid to get into here because the money aspect of this place is very expensive if you don't have medicaid but he did get approved and once he did he was approved to go here twice a week. They play games, go on outings every now and again, have physical therapy rooms, doctors and nurses on site and they even bubble pack their medicines from their on site pharmacy and also this program will make sure you have any medical products that you need including shower chairs, beside toilets or anything whatsoever needed to take care of them and they even delivered incontinence products in unmarked boxes to your house through a nearby medical company. They would also pick him up and give him a ride to and from here both ways which was amazing and very convenient. My dad very much enjoyed this place and all of the employees were super friendly and respectful and when he passed away all of the employees were very sympathetic and even held a memorial service for him and others that had passed away. If you have a loved one that's not getting around good or sitting around a lot I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you check into this place because this program can really benefit their mental and physical health.

Wonderful program! From intake to the Pathways Program which is their Hospice equivalent, my family's experience with the PACE program was absolutely magnificent. Their kindness, patience, professionalism, and love helped us to usher our loved one through the complicated journey that is dementia.

This facility was a God send in meeting the needs of my Mom. They treated her with respect and dignity. She was well cared for by the doctors, nurses, attendants, bus drivers and all others who interacted with her. They enabled her desire to live at home until the end to be fulfilled. The facility was a blessing to our family.
