If I could give this drs office less I would. My daughters Dr is smart, caring, and sweet, however the rest of the staff need an attitude adjustment and some training in customer service. They tried to give me every excuse in the book, but I won't take ridiculous excuses as an answer!! It took more than 3 weeks of calling (multiple times a day) and not able to leave a voicemail bc voicemail is always full (I was to leave a couple messages that never got returned) until I was too fed up and actually drove there and walked in to get an appt and refill on my daughters prescription (which they told me they need at least 7 full business days to send a refill prescription over) and an appt over a week away!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN OR ANYONE ELSE HERE!

We live in Burlington but werr taking out children to a pediatrician in Chapel Hill. We decided to switch because it's closer to our house and my friend and her family come here.I was so impressed with the care my children received. It was just a regular new patient visit but Dr. Blanchard was great! All of the staff are really friendly and awesome as well.

Just switched to using them as my primary healthcare provider. So far I'm impressed with their organized patient handling.They could do a far better job with handling the phones though!!

Worst pediatrician ever!!! I chose this place because it was close to my home but my child nor my grandchildren will ever go back to them ppl who have zero compassion or an ounce of care for babies..didn't check her ears, chest, legs, nose, teeth, nothing. Just vaccines and they lean there big bodies onto the babies legs when they vaccinate btw...guess this is what type of care they give to medicaid patients here in North Carolina 👎
