I guess the actual treatment is adequate enough.My complaint is with the communication system.Leaving messages and emails is basically an exercise in futility.I left at least a dozen voice messages begging for the provider to authorize a refill on my son's two asthma medications, no one returned my call, responded to my numerous email request, or EVER filled the prescription. I took care of it in Canada.Next I needed a sports physical for my son...it was schedule conducted, but I was supposed to pick up the form the next day.....it's been two weeks, no one has returned my calls, responded to my numerous emails or sent the sports physical form I need.This "<a href="mailto:chcbfrontdesk@chcb.org">chcbfrontdesk@chcb.org</a>" is the worst organizational entity I dealt with in 40 years.There is NOTHING positive I can say about my few interaction with the "frontdesk"

I saw a doctor in this clinic for the first time because my own doc was booked up. First I waited 30 min In the room for him and when he did came in I explained my issue and also asked for a prescription to help with the pain. All I got was I need physical therapy which I don't know when they're going to call and ice pack not and also saying to a person of color " we need to retake your picture because it didn't come out good for your chart " seriously ? no one has ever said or asked me that and I have been going to that clinic for so long. Yes it bothered me, was I too dark you couldn't see? I could see the picture with no problem There was no problem the only problem is I was there for which I didn't get help with was to ease my pain with a prescription for a brace PERIOD!!! This doctor made me feel uncomfortable

I started going here because I was having a very difficult time getting a PCP. It was the only provider in the area who could see me within two weeks. They have a multitude of services all in one place. Highly recommend

Do not get your Covid vaccine here. We had an appointment but we were told that we did not have one at the front desk. They were disorganized, had confusing/conflicting signs, and did not have a proper waiting area inside of the building. Horrible experience.
