Terrible response office manager, I have contacted the office numerous times, as well as in office waiting on office manager to come speak to me. Sharon the receptionist smells like smoke 🚬 constantly and is very rude. How much do they pay her to lie about the "office manager" is in a meeting.... every single time. Money rip off and I told your office my insurance said I am not responsible for your "unfiling" Since January, I have tried to contact you. Yet you lie daily about office manager 8n a meeting. I came in person several times with proof of insurance saying my service was covered. If you think GOD is pleased... well continue with rip off

Dr. Adam Swan is kind, and gentle when working on my teeth. He takes time to explain procedures and recommendations for care. His hygienist, Hannah, is great too.

Taken my two kids and me to get teeth clean the lady’s went above and beyond for me today. I always feel better with my teeth and now my kids teeth. Amazing staff all around.

Everyone, from the person at the front desk to the hygienist assistant to the hygienist and Dr. Swan, were very professional and caring of how I was doing and thorough as well. They also gave me a quote for what I need to get fixed after my evaluation and it is very reasonable. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates.

Michelle, Dr. Swan, Shay, and Michelle at the front desk were all wonderful and genuinely eager to see me return. Michelle in the office is always ready to help with scheduling, answering questions, managing insurance, or simply greeting you with a warm smile — and sometimes even a bonus hug. Dr. Swan is clearly a friendly dentist who hires a team that reflects his own approach. He is respected and appreciated by both his staff and his patients, myself included. His workmanship is excellent, and his commitment to improving your dental health is truly impressive. I also appreciate how well they coordinate with Dr. Liu and his team in Greensboro whenever additional care is needed. Give this team a chance and you’ll leave with a smile on your face.
