Seen within 5 minutes of my appt time and had a thorough exam by Dr Porfilio's ophth tech (MJ) and Dr Porfilio. He took time to explain what was going on with my eyes and develop a plan. Though it was a 0730 appt, everyone was very pleasant and efficient. I really appreciate and applaud them adding these early appointments so patients can still be seen even with staff (and patient) summer vacations. Thank you Alamance Eye and Dr Porfilio!

I am very upset, I waited 50 minutes in the clinic with my 10-year-old son, the doctor only asked 1 question and signed the prescription without examining my son, he took the data that the assistant wrote.

Bill is professional thorough and friendly plus he keeps me informed of my current status and in the past intervened on the high eye pressure and brought it back to normal and keeps it regulated. I recommend him highly. Can you see my smile if approval?!
