I can not ever get through to the office on the phone. The whole system has the worst phone system that I have ever heard of. If you have a question, you definitely have to go to the office and wait to speak to them even though there is not a crowd in the waiting room. Hire a phone answering service or something : (.

To start off the only reason I'm willing to give a star is for the providers, the PAs and Doc are fantastic.With that being said, the staff is some of the worst I've dealt with. They never answer the phone, I've been having withdrawals for 4 days from being out of meds which is of no concern to them. And when I stopped by they were locked and closed lunch even though I could clearly see employees inside. As a fellow health care professional this is completely unbecoming and I will be switching primary facilities after this is resolved.

As soon as I finally get my non narcotic prescript filled I will be changing my primary. Just like all the reviews say. No one answer the phone or returns messages. I have to literally go to the office and make a scene to get my scripts sent to the pharmacy. My advice? Make First Choice your Last Choice.

This place is a joke...opened at 11:30am here it is 2:17pm they have a lobby full of patients they have only 1 Dr inside. Everyone in the lobby is upset and complaining about the wait times....this is not the most unprofessional Dr office I have been to but it's rght there with the other one.someone in management needs to assess this mess here and do something.no wonder it's a 1 star review unbelievable!!!
