List of Fastmed Urgent Care's Reviews
Great place to go for fast service, my favorite location! ❤️
Check in was easy, not a bad wait, considering I was a walk-in. Stephanie and Wes treated me, Wes was patient and very informative. He spent a good amount of time educating me and answering all my questions.
This place is a joke. Don't waste your money or insurance money. Shawn is a rude and uncaring person and should find a new line of work. The only good thing was the receptionist, who was nice.
Fast and friendly. The receptionist was very personable and friendly.
Terrible experience. Came in as a walk-in for a pre-employment screen. Was told to come back several hours later which I did. After waiting for more than an hour I mentioned to the receptionist I needed to step outside for a moment and I’d be right back. Upon return, I was told my test had been invalidated since I left the building. At no point did anyone warn me that the test would be canceled if I left. The receptionist and another staff member were extremely rude when I expressed my frustration and dismay the test I’d waited all day to take would be invalidated without even a warning. If remaining in the building was a condition for the test, this should be clearly communicated. If the medical facility doesn’t have time or staff for such testing they should refer you elsewhere. It’s clear this facility is either poorly run, severely understaffed or both.
May I ask the point in scheduling appointments for drug screens if we sit here an hour past appointment time. While I understand being short staffed don’t accept patient appointments if you can’t handle the volume. Staff your clinic better.
THIS time was a great experience. Perhaps Fridays are better. I had to return (last Friday) to follow up on an employment screening, and I dreaded going back in, but this time was a different crew, so much better. Thanks Marissa and Victor!
Dr Wesley is a Fantastic Doctor!!! He is easy going, He is a great Doctor to talk to….And my experience he really cares. I Highly recommend FastMed, Dr Wesley
I'm a service connected Veteran so I have to go to fastmed rather than my local UC, fastmed is on the VAs approved list and I gotta say this place is a 100 percent better than my local urgent care, I've been twice and both times they had me in and out in roughly 30 to 40 mins compared to 3 to 4 hrs for my local one, their name really says it all lol, my only complaint is they implement time slots so you can't just walk in and expect to be seen, you gotta call or via other means get assigned a time slot but then again this system is probably how they get u seen and out really quick, either way great urgent care and highly recommended
Checking in was quick and easy. The entry staff was very helpful and courteous. The nurse and PA that treated me were very professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The follow-up information given me had been helpful. I would highly recommend FastMed to anyone needing emergency services.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
