My doctor was extremely helpful listened to my concerns and treated me like a human being The ladies in the lobby were Extremely helpful too This Urgent care is stepping up their game
I am so upset with Urgent Care. My husband went there and they refused to do the rapid test. He has Covid even after getting vaccinated. Let me add he is 75 years old. It then took us 5 days to get the results of the test which kept him from getting the MAI infusion during the first few days. We called several times to try to get the results even at one point telling them why and they very rudely either put me on hold for 47 minutes or told us “Don’t call us. We will call you”. I would not take my worst enemy there after this.
Long wait times
Wonderful staff that did an amazing job with my son whom was incredibly sick.
Way to long of a wait in the examination room while the staff laugh and tells joke outside the door
Everytime Ive had to go the diagnosis has been wrong and Ive had to go see another doctor afterwards to get treated. Please do not go here if you need help.
The wait is a little long but completely understandable with as many patients as they see on any given day and the real care they provide to them. Everyone I encountered the day I went was very friendly and when my exam and first round of testing didnt provide an immediate answer as to why I was sick they did not give up and just send me home. They worked with me listened to my concerns and probably poor descriptions of my symptoms and continued testing. Unfortunately they had to send me to another facility to finish confirming my diagnosis but throughout that entire time no one got impatient rude or tried to rush me out. My only wish is that they had been able to do my CT Scan there so I would not have had to go through the complete nightmare that is Advent Health despite the urgent care staff calling ahead to the ER to inform them as to why I was coming which was gracious in and of itself. I was even more impressed with their care when their staff called me first thing the next morning to follow up on how things had gone after referring me and as to how I was feeling. After my terrible time in the ER their reassurance that the urgent care staff would continue to provide care for my diagnosis and help with any further treatment was much needed and appreciated. Just the reassurance that I could lean on the urgent care staff instead of ever having anything to do with Advent Health ever again has me resting much better. I mean who needs anxiety on top of being sick? Thank you to the urgent care staff for relieving mine.
Do not go here for a covid test. There was only one other person in the waiting room upon arrival but took a total of 2 hours to get the test and results. Then yesterday received a surprise bill over $500 and that is with BCBS insurance. Billing mistake on their end which is being sorted out but what a big hassle and waste of time to deal with their mistake.
BOGUS CHARGES SLOW NO COVID PRECAUTIONS $577 bill received for a precautionary COVID test. Not all COVID testing is free. Do NOT go here if you are interested inA Free COVID testingB Not spending 2+ hours thereC Sick vs well patient separationNo fair warning by mentioning office visit or wait time charges etc when requesting only a COVID test. After TWO HOURS when I was the initially the ONLY person in there I was finally on my way. Luckily I have insurance to cover my entire bill after only a few phone calls... however I know not all are that lucky be sure to ask questions 1st no matter where you go I will not go again to a place that is clearly taking advantage of the situation.
Professional staff and minimal wait time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
