I had been exposed to Covid and went to Carrboro Community health and got tested. When I went to get a copy of my results to return to work, I pulled up, a woman walked by door going elsewhere and noticed me, and immediately came out to direct me to the correct entrance, but took my name and offered to go in and retrieve my paperwork for me....WOW !! What a kind gesture!! KAREN FRAZIER, I salute you for going above and beyond !!

The front desk is very rude and they will say no right away when you ask if we can get an early appointment. They act like they are the doctor.

I went to get checked out because i’ve been puking from my migraines about everyday. i went in to ask where i needed to go since i apparently wasn’t allowed inside. they told me i’d be tested for covid… the lady outside did 3 different test and didn’t change her gloves once!! so disgusting. i then seen my doctor after i was finally taken in. made me do a urine sample as expected and took my vitals, no biggie. then when the doctor comes in she proceeds to tell me i’m basically doing it to myself because of my depression and anxiety.. then was told to go back to therapy. never in my life have i ever wanted to cuss someone out so bad. then asked about my menstural cycle which is irregular and sent me for blood drawing. she gave me the paper pointed to the hallway and didn’t even walk me down so i knew what i needed to do. what a joke! oh and when i went in for a mask i told her i didn’t know where i needed to go and she moved back looked at me very rudely and said “the back of the building” it was actually the side of the building.

The front desk employees are so rude! They are never helpful when I call and it's extremely frustrating.

This place is a joke. The only reason I keep coming back is for Dr. Molly, she is very professional & sweet. Billing department is terrible.

The front desk employees at the dental office are not helpful. They never reply to my phone calls. I had to come to the office to schedule a follow up appointment and saw them doing nothing. They were just chatting with each other instead of replying to customer phone calls.

Wow! The front desk employees are so rude! They are never helpful when I call and it's extremely frustrating. You are lucky if you get someone on the phone and when you do, don't expect to get anything out of the call. Don't try to leave a message because they will NOT call you back, ever. They give false information on when you can get scheduled in.

I have been at the dental office twice. The first time was a year ago when I moved to Chapel Hill and needed an appointment ASAP. It was very easy to get an appointment and they solved my problem. No issues at all. When I finished establishing in CH, I was looking for a “family dental office” for my family and I and we ended going to most recommended dental office place in CH. My husband and I noticed that this recognizable dental office was more focused overselling treatments each visit. They denied to me a dental extraction because I didn’t want to commit to an expensive “bridge” procedure with them or an “implant” with their referral. I needed to extract my tooth ASAP, due my gum was hurting. Long story short, I called to Dental office in Carrboro Community Health Center and I could schedule an appointment in less than 24 hrs. Dr. Lee helped me to addressed all my concerns and provided me the best service! And all the staff was super friendly and supportive. Today, was my second visit at the Dental office at Carrboro Community Health Center and I am planing to comeback for all my future appointments! Thanks!

No issues with the dental center.The health center? I've had just one appointment and it included bloodwork. I have insurance, and I been charged $92 once by the local office and a second by the corporate office. I couldn't resolve through them that I'd been double charged for one service so I've had to seek resolution through my credit card company. I was also charged ~$83 by a lab company that I hadn't heard of and wasn't told about.NOW I've received two letters weeks apart saying I owe $44 to Piedmont Health Services. This is all for one appointment on December 11. I called today and asked if I owed anything. Piedmont said no. Called the health center, who transferred me to the dental center before I could protest! The dental center said no bill was showing for them, so I'm just going to hope for the best and never use the health center again. Just dental.
