I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Kumar. I have been a patient since 2017 and have been impressed with the level of care I have received. The past year he performed cataract surgery on me and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. What I like the most is attention he pays to the details and his explanations of what he sees.

Our first appointment was at 8 AM but we had to wait almost an hour before we saw anyone. No explanation or apology. I hope their medical skills exceed their administrative skills.This first review resulted from a lack of communication. When I asked the receptionist the reason for the delay all I was told was that they would get to us soon.The real reason was injured patients the doctor needed to see a fact that was not relayed to us until later.They were great to work with but lousy at communicating.

My optometrist recommended Dr. Kumar to me. I began being a patient back in 2015. I needed cataract surgery and he was the one to go to. I had surgeries in summer of 2016. It was a miracle to be able to see clearly and drive at night He is very thorough with his exams. Im kept up to date on condition of my vision as I have macular degeneration. Needless to say I think hes the best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Amit Kumar’s for several years and I have been very pleased with his services. I had surgery on both eyes and had had the best of care after each surgery and the office staff is the greatest. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great I was recently put on a steroid treatment and was told to see an ophthalmologist after I finished. Dr. Kumar was knowledgeable and thorough. The staff were professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

I called Dr. Kamurs office after 300 pm with a concern of a possible detached retina. I am a new patient and they did not hesitate to see me immediately. I arrived at 345 and everyone was efficient and friendly. By the time the exam was completed with all the tests I called my husband to pick me up and it was 530 when he arrived. The office was now closed and the staff waited with me. They were all wonderful Thank you.

Starting with the friendly yet professional staff your entry until your exit following your appointment you will find continuity. Dr. Kumar has managed to recruit employ and retain a staff who reflects his warm caring compassionate and professional experience for his patients. You will feel and know that you are receiving the best possible care. Dr. Kumar went above and beyond by Appealing my health insurance company’s Denied Procedure for me. He won an Approval of the procedure for me. And I really appreciate Dr. Kumar’s extra effort on my behalf. I know that he would do as much for you also.
