List of Best Physical Therapy & Nutrition's Reviews
Went to the CrossFit clinic in Cary. While Christian was great as a therapist, the billing is not. There were many hiccups and when I stopped in September of 2024 due to no longer needing therapy, I was told everything was good for payments. I paid every visit. Six months later and more for some dates, I get a $150 charge with no phone call or notice. This sneaky crap is not good especially when money is tight. Follow-up: talked with Marc, who needs serious training in customer service. Instead of trying to calm and assure me, he argued with me and it turned into a shouting match. Not good. Your tech that I dealt with is the one who forgot to charge me for services three times in the past and when I offered to pay, that is when I could afford to pay, he refused to collect. I’m irate at how I was treated and I’m demanding an immediate refund of the $150 that was suddenly and unexpectedly charged. Fix it and I will be happy to remove my justified one-star review. Otherwise, I will be talking with my bank and escalate this issue further with whoever I have to. You may have the right to collect payment when due, but when payment is offered and declined, that is on you and whoever declined the payment. Yes, a bill was emailed in NOVEMBER LAST YEAR. I was advised by your company’s representative to ignore it and he had fixed it. You should have followed up with me further with more reminders, called me, or even sent to collections if you truly feel you were owed the money. You DO NOT have the right to arbitrarily take payment as you wish, especially after 9-6 months of no discussion on the issue. You can claim all day what your guy did wasn’t sneaky, but it was. You will also remove my card info. You do not have the right to retain my card information if I’m not actively receiving services from your company. This is a violation of FTC rules.
Caring, personalized therapy services! Brittany and Daniel are super knowledgeable and great with teens to older adults! I am a regular and we have a great time!
Updating my review from a year or so ago. I started at BEST PT because I followed Brittany from her last workplace. She's great! Very compassionate, helpful, patient, and I still love going to see her! (I continued to go to PT long after it was deemed 'necessary' because it's been such an important aspect of recovery and maintaining my progress.) I have also been a patient of other people who work here. Everyone has been really awesome and I feel like I really matter here. Daniel is my current PT. He's very good at listening and also very compassionate. I need help with knowing what exercises target what part of my body and physical training for recreational exercise. I also benefit from accountability. Plus, they've always made it easy for me to be at sessions. Scheduling is pretty flexible and I can bring my child. I've brought my 18 month old with me many times and she has a blast playing with the exercise balls while I work out! And of course, everyone fawns over her while she's there ❤️
After I suffered a shoulder fracture, I had an emergency reverse shoulder replacement. The next step was my recovery, and I knew I had to begin physical therapy. I can’t begin to tell you how fortunate I was when a friend recommended Best Physical Therapy, Cary. Brittany and Daniel are professional and compassionate therapists. The atmosphere here is so friendly and their camaraderie is amazing! Yes, it is hard work to get results, but they make it pleasurable. They are very sensitive to everyone’s unique needs. They both cheer each other’s clients on for every milestone achieved. My primary therapist, Brittany, carefully listened and formulated a plan of care that best suited my needs to regain my physical well-being. She is so knowledgeable, informative and an all-around great person. I cannot say enough good things about her! I highly recommend Best Physical Therapy, you will not be disappointed in the care you are given, or the relationships you form.
I highly recommend BEST PT in Cary! I have struggled with shoulder, back and foot pain but under Brittany’s guidance, I'm back to playing tennis strengthened and restored. Brittany’s knowledge is comprehensive and up-to-date, but I always appreciate her listening skills. She takes my pain seriously, listens intently and works with me to determine a game plan that produces results. The atmosphere is welcoming and Brittany and Shawn have created an environment which balances professionalism and service very well.
Brittany was super thorough and comprehensive in my Physical Therapy to get me ready for the starting line at the NYC Marathon this year. Couldn’t have done it without her! Highly recommend this crew!
Shawn was great. He really worked the area that is giving me the pain. Great results after the first visit.
Pleasant atmosphere, Shawn is very efficient, effective & respectful.
Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Best PT in the area hands down.
Shawn has a passionate dedication to physical therapy. I have not had the best experience with physical therapists in the past and he’s gone above and beyond to help with pain management needs and strength training.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
