I had such a positive experience with pelvic floor therapy with Nency Shah after giving birth to my first child! She was so accommodating to my post partum needs, even working with me creatively during sessions when I had to bring my baby. She is a great asset to the PT team, and I am so glad my OB referred me to her! Thanks for helping this new mom feel better than ever!

Excellent facility and staff. Thanks to my therapist, Kaitlyn Rush and her staff with their excellent therapy program, I was able to regain my mobility enabling me to perform daily activities.

Elizabeth and Jen were Awesome. They are excellent with their hands on approach. Their communication skills and instructions were clear and easy to understand. Wow! I am beyond impressed with Stephen and the other staff members at BreakThrough Southern Pines! Last minute, I had to bring my 1 year old with me to my new patient appointment. I was concerned that having her with me would limit my focus on the session and be an inconvenience for the rest of the clients/staff. Not only was I treated with kindness and understanding as soon as I walked through the door, but they did the same for my daughter! One of the techs volunteered to follow her around the clinic and play with her while I was being assessed. All of the staff were extremely patient with us both, and had many positive interactions with my busy little girl. I am beyond thankful for everyone’s positivity and thoughtfulness at this location, and feel so lucky to receive their care.

Tara is wonderful to work with and so knowledgeable! I have hypermobility issues and was having joint pains and, even after working out regularly for years, was having trouble building muscle. Tara was extremely helpful in fixing these issues! I feel so much better and stronger now and am able to complete my workout exercises properly.

Kenny is so wonderful! He does a great job explaining how and why exercises work and making the appointments fun. I spent a long time thinking my knee pain wouldn't improve, but now it's essentially gone!

Highly recommend Breakthrough PT at Amberly; knowledgeable and super friendly staff. I worked with Tara after back surgery, and her treatment was instrumental in cutting down recovery time. Kenny's dry needling has greatly helped resolve my neck issues and has made a significant difference in my recovery process

I had my first appointment in the Morehead City office with Dr. Matt Davis today. Wow. Just...wow. After only hour with him, I am confident that he can guide me toward a resolution of pain and better movement. I was so impressed with his knowledge and his ability to explain everything.
