I have acne scars from high school & college days and got tired of looking at them, who wouldn't? Dr. Coan suggested Morpheus treatments in an attempt to lesson the effects of scarring; although quite painful (whoa!) it didn't help, IMO. Caitlyn suggested Juvederm Vollure (hyaluronic acid, she explained), saying the injectable would make the 2 scars I was most concerned with disappear.On the day of the procedure, Caitlin could not have been more patient, caring and compassionate. As a guy, this was not a procedure I thought I would consider and I was a nervous. Caitlin was as professional as anyone could hope; she took her time and I could tell, there was an art to what she was doing and she proceeded with caution and care.Initially I wanted to wait a few months before posting a review, and those few months have turned into 8, but the results were and still are nothing short of amazing! Its a small miracle. My sincere appreciation to Caitlin and Care, thank you.

The ladies at Care are amazing, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for some self care and rejuvenation. Kendall and Rachel were amazingly helpful throughout my cool sculpting experience. They really made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves. I’ve also had a great experience with both Caitlin and April for Botox procedures, they listen to all your input and really helped boost my confidence. Love the CARE team!

Dr. Coan and his staff are wonderful. From the consultation and surgery, to my three month follow-up appointment, I have felt completely at ease. I had a breast augmentation and nipple reduction and couldn’t be happier with my results. The recovery wasn’t bad at all and I was back at work within a couple of days. Even with two small children at home! I highly recommend Care Plastic Surgery and am excited to have other procedures in the future!

It is very difficult to get a consultation with them. The care coordinators were giving me so much push back. They told me they don’t accept any insurances when I said I would be paying out of pocket. They even referred me to another plastic surgery center without me asking. It was very strange and they seemed to not want me to get a consultation there. Would not recommend.

I have been going to CARE for a couple of years now for peels, micro needling, and next up—some serious lasers to zap scars and fine lines—pew pew! On day one, you will have a treatment plan and will start making dazzling progress. They’re picky about the products they sell and the equipment they use. It’s “GOAT energy” in a doctor’s office. Plus—They are a glowing network of support as you pick up good habits at home. Ideally, every medical practice would be this way.If you’re shopping around for skincare, resurfacing, surgery, etc., look no further. CARE has the best medical team, the best facility, and very fairly priced. Actually, throughout the year, they have really cool offers.I’ve seen/been to other places where I felt pressured, like I was buying a car. At those places, I also felt like staff skills were inconsistent. Here’s why CARE is so different and why I would not go anywhere else:(1) The entire team will get to know you. They listen, they give you options. Every single person there is thorough and extremely competent/good at what they do. Lots of talent there. I learn so much. Also—the staff is so kind and fun! Appointments feel like a little vacation with friends (who happen to be burning off your face so you look cute forever).(2) Diverse treatment options/Quality work—Every person working at CARE is usually training/learning/growing their expertise. Dr. Coan seems like a fantastic leader in this regard—his credentials left me a bit saucer-eyed! The treatments are cutting edge, highest quality equipment, and they’re creative about tailoring treatments to you. They also support one another, which is refreshing.(3) Aesthetic/Cleanliness—sparkling. It’s so cozy. Fully equipped facilities, peaceful atmosphere. The office is tucked under a canopy of trees. The building itself has a unique design and I just learned it was designed by Dr. Coan himself! Of course. Shoulda known. They’re that cool. So— It is a doctor’s office, but it’s one that has an exclusive, modern feel.I could praise CARE all day and I actually loathe writing reviews. Believe me: No need to keep shopping. This is the place you’re looking for. The practice genuinely lives up to its name. I would send everyone I love here.

I am a single mother for four. My last two being twins. Dr. Coan is not the first surgeon I had looked at for a mommy makeover, however I am so glad that he is the professional I found. From the moment of entering his practice, I have had nothing but perfection. The staff has always seen to my utmost care, making a self conscious person feel beautiful. They have always gone out of their way to make me comfortable and to answer any questions I had, both before and after my surgery.As for the man himself. His bedside manner makes you feel like you have been friends for years. He explains himself and his vision clearly, answering all questions, making you a person not a number that his is hoping to gain.Due to a birth defect I have an issue with my arm. He took it in account in every step of the process from as small as the photos to the final product of my correction which is now perfect.I couldn’t be happier with my experience and have no doubt that this was the best decision for me. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life.

The absolute best! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Coan and his team. They make you feel right at home and so comfortable. I love everything about CARE and would pick them 1000x’s over. Thank you CARE for EVERYTHING!!

Always have the best experience at Care plastic. The staff is amazing and caring, making you feel comfortable and special. I have done both cosmetic and surgical procedures and planning to coming back to Care if I need anything else done in the future. Dr Coan is very knowledgeable and great in explaining every step of the procedures, setting the expectations and delivering exactly what we planned on. He made the process super easy and the results surpass my expectations and I look so natural as if I was born this way😉

Care is THE BEST in the Triangle area. When I moved to the area I tried two other practices before I found Care. I am glad I didn’t settle for the previous two. From the impeccable customer service that starts with the front desk receptionists to the expertise of the RN Injectors I cannot say enough positive things about this practice. Caitlin is who I have seen the last few times, she is so sweet and makes me feel so comfortable and confident with treatments. They squeezed me in last minute for a follow up before I moved out of state, I had to wait longer than expected which was no issue for me but they provided me with a coupon to apologize. In a world where customer service is scarce, that is what sets Care apart. Top their customer service. I truly feel like family here and will be driving from VA to Cary just to see Caitlin!

When going in I was a little nervous but it didn’t take long for me to be greeted with a smile and escorted to room with Kendal who by far has been the nicest person I’ve encountered at a drs office! Once in the room she was quick to ease my nerves not too long after Dr.Coan came in. Dr. Coan was great at answering all of my questions and concerns and quickly making me feel as tho my ideas were important. My procedure went smoothly and recovery time was quick. We won’t even go into the magic he worked on getting my body exactly how I pictured and most importantly giving me back my self esteem that has been missing for so long. Thank you Dr.Coan for such an AMAZING experience! Would definitely recommend for any procedure you may be looking for.
