Thank you to the therapists and staff for the care for my physical wellness. My therapist Disha not only worked with me to help me get stronger but has provided the path for me to continue my physical strength. Thank you also to the front desk group, Tony and Sam. All professionals.
Nakia is so nice and a lovely people with a world of knowledge in the therapy I need!!! I’m excited to work with her and her associates!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. My child is 6 years old and has been coming here since she was 2 however the last year has been a complete disaster. They never have consistent appointments available. One week my child would come Monday at 3:40, Wednesday at 4, Thursday at 2:40 then Friday at 3:40, all in the same week. What type of schedule is that? So then when I let them know how unmanageable that schedule is they gave me Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4 and 4:40pm which worked perfectly until we had to recertify with our insurance. My daughter normally goes to therapy on Tuesdays but was unable to make it last week so I called them to let them know she wouldn’t make it and was told she doesn’t have any appointments until her recertification is approved by insurance. Mind you, I can’t control when their therapist finally decides to submit the recertification nor can I control how long it takes insurance to approve it however the next day, Wednesday, the approval was in hand so I called back to get her set up with her same appointment times. To my surprise I’m told that they have given away her timeslot and that the only consistent times they have available are in the mornings meaning I would have to take her out of school 4 times a week for these appointments. How does that make sense to anyone? To take a child out of school FOUR times a week? Not happening. So then I speak with the manager who assured me she would do everything possible to get us a schedule that works. She sends me a schedule with no occupational therapy until JUNE and speech therapy once or twice a week until then, depending on when they have a therapist available but never at the same time. Absolutely not. That was my final straw. To really suggest pausing my child’s therapy for FOUR entire months is crazy! These are essential services that she needs so no I will not just pause it for months solely because they gave her time slot away and keep taking on more clients than they can obviously handle. Then the revolving door of therapist sucks too. Don’t expect to have the same therapist for more than 2-3 months because they can’t seem to keep staff to save their lives. It’s so sad to see what used to be a great center turn into whatever this is now. And management please don’t even bother to respond to my review with the same old “we’re sorry for your experience and to reach out to you all to discuss it more” as I did that multiple times before posting this review and removing her from the center.
I am currently retiring from the military and I have been going here for about a month now. I have seen almost all of the physical therapists as well as occupational therapists at least twice. They are without a doubt the most professional and knowledgeable staff I've ever visited. I definitely notice a difference in my problems that I have had for years in the short time I've been coming here.
Referred here to eval for our 6 week old for possible plagiocephaly and torticollis, and we will not be back. The receptionist was kind and took us straight to a room after check-in rather than having us wait in the lobby, and the therapist seemed well intentioned, which is why we gave two stars instead of one. However, the office shares a space with an urgent care (you can't tell from photos online) and the treatment room looked run down and not clean - not a place we expected to see in Cary. When we explained why we were there, the therapist laughed, saying we must be new parents because babies can't have torticollis this early and there was nothing she could do before a baby is two months. So within the first five minutes, we felt demeaned, like we'd wasted our time and gas, and like we'd unnecessarily exposed our newborn to a public place. Before the initial physical evaluation (touching his face), the therapist didn't sanitize her hands nor put on gloves. Before a second evaluation, we asked her to wear gloves, and she did willingly, but left the room to get them and put the gloves on before she renetered then touched the door, her mask, and her laptop before the exam rather than putting on gloves right before the exam. To leave, we had to walk through the gym and lobby - both were packed. It didn't help matters that the therapist's accent made it hard to understand her. If you're the parent of a newborn and want to keep your child out of spaces where sick people go and crowed spaces (particularly during sick season and the first few months of life), and want a practitioner who values good hand hygiene, this is not the place for you.
Timothy loves his job here and collaborating to bring the best care to his patients!
I had an excellent experience with the team at Care First Rehab! The four physical therapists (Disha, Deanna, Nakia, and Khushboo) I worked with were attentive, knowledgeable, and truly listened to my concerns. They created a comprehensive plan tailored to my needs, which made a huge difference in my recovery. The office environment was fun and welcoming, and the entire staff made each visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physical therapy!
Nakia brown gave us an explended time at my daughter's therapy. She was encourageous towards my daughter as she went through a tough time after her surgery. She helped my daughted walk and helped her regain her muscle strenght. I am satisfied with the performance that I got from Nikia and strongly recommend Care first rehab.
My husband and I have been really satisfied with the occupational therapy provided by Mr. Anthony Christopher for our son. When we first started here we were extremely concerned about our son. But after 2 months we've started noticing impressive improvements in my son's abilities and overall progress. His expertise and dedication have made this possible. I would highly recommend this center for OT if someone else asks me.
I would recommend anyone who needs physical, occupational and speech therapy to this rehabilitation center. The entire Staff is awesome, professional, courteous and knowledgeable of their particular field, the staff works together as a team to help with whatever situation you have. My daughter received the best care and treatment from beginning to end. If you need to heal physically and emotionally, call for an appointment, you will not be disappointed..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
