List of Hands On Physical Therapy-Cary's Reviews
Annette is really good. Discusses treatment and listens. Closely watches that exercises are done properly.
Hands On Physical Therapy of Cary offers a welcoming environment. The Therapists and receptionist are kind, friendly and very personable while maintaining their professionalism. They listen to your concerns and questions while working with you. They also have a therapy pool for patients and provide exercises to do at home. I highly recommend them.
They did a very good job and were very thorough in providing needed PT
Best physical therapy in area, best friendly professional staff, great front end group including Penny the four legged helper. Cannot recommend more highly.
I had a disc herniation and hamstring pain for 7 months (cross fit injury) and after trying other physical therapy places in area I came to hands on physical therapy. Part of the reason I sought them out was that I felt with other bigger practices you were only given a short time with PT and they were often rushed to really understand your concerns. My PT was Chaitali Patel and she has honestly been one of the best physical therapists I have worked with. She took time to understand my concerns and also helped remove my fear of the injury by educating me about body & tissue mechanics. I have done dry needling at other places and they couldn't fully resolve my hamstring pain. However, Chaitali went a different route and pointed that I need to strengthen the hamstring and not just stretch it. My pain for the hamstring resolved fully and I was able to go places in the morning which I was not able to do for 7 months. She takes time to listen to all your questions and answer each one fully. She also tries to help you understand the hollistic approach by educating you with videos or via books. Thats hard to find in today's healthcare field (showed me she cared about educating me so that I can not only get rid of my pain but also educate me from body and mind perspective) where they normally rush the appointment so they can keep up with the schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Patel as shes a caring individual who wants to see you get back to your normal activities.
I wish to share a really terrific experience with the Therapy team I had at the Cary, NC office. The team of: Diane, Caylie, and Chaitali were so professional and; especially, caring with my treatment regarding my total knee replacement. The use of the Aquatics pool was a huge factor in my recovery which helped me excel my recovery time to a shorter period. Again; Thank you to these three ladies, for their strict adherence to the Covid rules, kindness and professionalism to there patients, is of high credit to themselves and Hands On Physical Therapy.
Had very helpful session with Ms. Diane. I felt like i finally found someone who understands my problem. She was very patient , helpful and very knowledgeable.
I had a wonderful therapist, Jen, who was by my side and really helped me through a very painful time. I ended up having surgery for a frozen shoulder, but my time at Hands On was very helpful!

Attentive to my aches & pains with targeted exercises and “hands on” therapy. Keep you active for the entire session.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
