Dr Nolan trimmed my toenails more to remove extraneous cuticles. I Was very pleased with his efforts to have my toenails trimmed in this way. Thank you Dr Nolan for the extra time you spent with me removing my cuticles. Great job!
I went from a very painful foot issue to no pain in a few days. Thanks Doc!!!
I’ve never written something like this, but I must. I have a problem with my foot and sought the help of Dr. Jason Nolan at Piedmont Foot & Ankle Specialists, 103 Parkway Office Court, Suite 100, Cary, NC, 27518, and his medical staff. Before setting up an appointment I asked the scheduler if Dr. Nolan was an MD with foot and ankle specialty and they said yes. He is not an MD. He is a podiatrist, a DPM which is fine but not what I was told. Dr. Nolan spent about 5 minutes with me, looking only at my foot, moving it around and asking for x-rays. He did not address any of my concerns regarding my foot and I never saw him again. Instead, an assistant (who has since been let go of) with an iPad walked in and said she needs to take the image of my foot for orthotics. She then came back with a sheet of paper with instructions of what I should do until my next visit. I was charged $480 for the orthotics and did not receive or sign any documents except the receipt of payment. They also wanted to sell me a splint for $250. I followed all the instructions regarding the orthotics but my foot, ankle, and lower back started to hurt even more than before. After 2 weeks I returned them and asked for my money back. They said they could not because they were not returnable, and I had signed a paper indicating that. They were not able to produce the paper and I know I didn’t sign one. I left the orthotics there and promptly put in a dispute with my credit card company. A couple of days later I received a call from Dr. Nolan apologizing but again, not willing to refund me the money. This by far was one of the most expensive Dr. visits and out of pocket expenses that I have incurred since I enrolled in Medicare. I know that others will have had different experiences, but this was mine.
if I could give a negative star... Poor judgement by doctor. He lacks responsibility and accountability. Office staff is rude and arrogant. Went in for a sprained ankle...had surgery, post op cast put on wrong causing deep tissue wound that killed the tissue in my heel causing a hole (3.5x2.7) . A YEAR later, three skin grafts, doses and doses of dead fish skin shoved In there and a skin flap later...I still have a hole in my heel (all this was done by his clinic but another joke of a dr). And the latest MRI shows the original surgery NOLAN did in January didn’t work. Waste of time. Worst experience ever. BEWARE - STAY AWAY
I’ve had two foot surgeries with Dr. Nolan. He is personable, professional, and I’ve had great results from both procedures!

We have had several visits with our kids and Dr Nolan is always patient and very caring.
He took the time to explain my problem and treatments with me in detail. So far my orthotics are improving my symptoms but wouldn't hesitate to return if I run into any problems
Great experience. I had a very painful ingrown toenail and Dr. Nolan took care of it for me.
Great doctor and staff! Able to quickly be seen and diagnosed. Best experience I have had at a podiatrist office. Definitely reccomend

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
