I have had a horrible experience with this company. My daughter had an appointment with a psychiatrist for 20 minutes who did not listen to her and prescribed her a medicine she did not want. I paid half of the bill and called multiple times and sent multiple emails to dispute the remaining charges. Please do not use this company.

Terrible customer service. The so called doctors schedule your mental health around their lives. Good luck trying to get in touch with a human. Unfortunately if you do get someone to answer your call. They take no notes! If they take notes they immediately put them into the office shredder after you hang up. The customer services lines do not work. You can spend a whole day trying to get anyone on the phone. And you will not. The patient port holes go straight to nowhere. This organization is so unprofessional. I look forward to joining the class action lawsuit. Mindfuck should be there name.​

"waited two months to get an "in person appointment". I showed up for said appointment and was told my appointment had been canceler.Receptionist said someone was supposed to call and tell me the doctor was not taking new patients. . I never got a phone call or text message. It takes 2 months to tell me you are not taking new patients?

the staff are very nice and they go out of their way to make sure you get a follow up appointment, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. michelle maust is awesome.

Nkem is the worst! Stone cold facial expressions and hardly speaks. calls it "active listening". Ive never wrote a bad review in my life but felt it was necessary. She prescribed me a medication that sent me into a manic state with multiple panic attacks within a two week span. When I consulted her about it, her only suggestion was to up my dose or she "didn't really know what else to say." I payed for my bill to see her that day and they sent me the bill again. I called them and sent them proof of payment and never heard back from them. DONT GO HERE!!

The customer service at this place is horrible. I recently had a bad reaction to a new medication--the symptoms i was having were consistent with side effects of the medication--and the receptionist (not Dr) told me that my symptoms probably weren't related to the medication and that the doctor wouldn't be able to even call me back that day. I had not had any major problems after a year of going to this place other than the fact that they couldn't seem to actually diagnose what was going on with me, but this was the final straw. The doctor doesn't have time for a five minute phone call at all throughout her day??

My psychiatrist retired, and I am sad about that. Usually I pay less than 90$ for a checkup telehealth appointment as I don't have insurance. My last bill was $389 for unknown reason. I have spend over 7 hours waiting for someone from billing to answer my call. I try the 'call you back, won't lose your place in line' option. But it's been two days. I sent them a message on the portal, and still no one cares. I have stayed on hold till past 6, before I realized they are out by 4. Why I am left in queue is beyond me. I feel that I need therapy just from this experience. I don't even know why I need to speak to them, there is no logical reason they could give me for 4-5 times the charge I usually pay. I am not quite insane enough to pay that much for a check up call that lasted 10 minutes. Since my therapist retired a few days ago, I decided going forward to seek alternate place for care. I will never wish this on an enemy, horrible experience, taking advantage of patients that way. I called the office directly and they tried to escalate my issue to wherever the billing department is, but made no difference. I feel I need to be compensated for wasting days of my life perusing what can only be an error on their part.

I have always found Mind Path reprepresentatives to be kind, patient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I can not say anything bad about them and would highly recommend them

5 star care 0 star logistics. UNC health has a habit of playing address roulette. Tried to find this new location, there was construction. A worker insisted this location was down the road. No signs indicating the building, and the office staff had no clue, again giving wrong info. The care is great, but I would really try elsewhere if you are frustrated by hard to find locations. I have had this problem with many of the UNC offices. They gleefully get new offices, but seem to not care about the patients finding it.
